Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá was founded durring the early 11th century, by Thugguhz. The establishment of Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá's construction back out of the project. Thugguhz pushed on reguardles, and Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá was built using the conventions of Gnoll durring the early 11th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá is buildings are arranged within a network of narrow split-log ties streets which form a rectangular grid, where each block verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller block has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The city posesses a fortified albit thin wall of querried stone. This wall posesses most of the features of a castle wall, though it is constructed from cheeper inferior stone. It would pose a minor chalange for an attacking army, though it's clear the wall's true purpose is to crush the hopes of bandits and marauders. The failry decent fortifications have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.

Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Slæ̈rn Gli-tmá’s streets.
